WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

Helurgift works closely with global manufacturers and hand-craft workshops from all over the world to source and curates the trendiest products at the best possible price. Think of us as a one-stop shop destination for the most popular products, where ever they originate from Because of this, your order can be shipped anywhere from China, Brazil, Bangladesh, Peru etc. via our partnership with FedEx and USPS. We ship worldwide.

ORDER & TRACKING

When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details. You can cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information within the same day you placed your order. After 12 hours, your order will be processed for stocking, packing and shipping and this normally takes 2-3 weeks. During this Covid 19 Pandemic and logistic disruption, it would take 2-5 weeks, please understand that the situation is worldwide and beyond our control. When this is completed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.

COMPENSATION ON LATE / MISSING ORDERS

If there's a missing order, please let us know via support@helurgift.com. We'll investigate (it usually took 3-5 business days) and send you another one after we got a conclusion.

DELIVERY TIME

Shipping Fee: $4.99 for every order under $90 (U.S and International) and Free Shipping for orders > $90 

Orders from the US: Delivery date and time are approximately takes 2-5 weeks from order time.

Orders from outside the US: Delivery date and time is approximately 2-5 weeks from order time (depending on how strict the Customs in your country is). 

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email once your order ships that contain your package’s tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If the tracking information is not updated after 5 days since you place the order, please contact us at our customer support email for quick assistance.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct, If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order.

CHANGE IN SHIPPING ADDRESS:

You have up to 24 hours to update your delivery address. Please email us at support@helurgift.com if you need the address to be changed

EXCEPTIONS

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military APOs. Shipping restrictions may apply if you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. We do not ship to multiple addresses with one order.

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error, simply e-mail us at support@helurgift.com as soon as possible.

SHIPPING RESTRICTION

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he fills the correct shipping address in (especially the exact number of the apartment in a building). If you found some problems with your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us via email address support@helurgift.com so that we can assist you to change it to the right form. Otherwise, we will send you the carrier’s phone number so that you can contact them and correct your address.

To reduce the shipping cost as much as possible, we use the one-way shipping service so if the package is returned to the sender, even if the tracking update shows the “delivered to original sender” it does not mean the package was returned back to our warehouse address but our shipping agency storage. Therefore, please be informed that we are unable to refund the order if:

- The package failed to be delivered after several attempts by the shipper.
- You refuse the package.
- The package was failed to be delivered because of any problem relating to the shipping address you provided.
- You state that you have not received the package but the tracking update shows that the package was successfully delivered or showing the “delivered” status.

For lost or missing packages that are agreed to be replaced by us, we will only provide you with the information of the shipping carrier and tracking number associated with your order so that you can track your package.

* You don't have to pay taxes on receiving the package if you live in the US.
